Benjamin F. Barnard (fl. 1861-1865) was an officer in the United States Army during the Civil War. Barnard served three months with the 5th Massachusetts Regiment and was in the first Battle of Bull Run. Later he was first lieutenant and quartermaster of the 23rd and the 59th Massachusetts infantry regiments.
